How Does It Work?
The CEU/PDA distance education courses are approved by CA , FL, and the NCCAOM. Once you've made your purchase and received the course material, read the material and answer the sets of multiple choice questionaires at the end, and return the answers back to us. If you have any good cases pertaining to the course, please submit them for teaching references. However, if you are not treating such cases, then there is nothing to submitt. We will retain your answers and send you your certificate of completion.

How Long Does It Take?
If you sign up for a "X hours" course, per the approval process, you are supposed to spend X amount of hours. However, because this is home study, we do not keep track of your time, you keep track of time by yourself.

Which is better, Online purchase or Mail Order purchase?
There are two types of purchases, Online and Mail Order. The online option is by far the quickiest and easiest way to receive your certificate. Courses purchased online are all in PDF file format and do not contain any videos. (IMPORTANT: Once you've completed your purchase, make sure to immediately click - BACK TO Z PRODUCTIONS - to download the course. Otherwise we will have to send the link to you again, causing delays.) Mail order courses consist of video/DVDs and printed text; to place a mail order please call the office. We can send your mail order by regular mail, priority mail or express mail.

How Soon Will I Get My Certificate?
If you return your answers through email, the turnaround time will be 24 to 48 hours. For receiving certificates via email, please make sure that you can open a Microsoft Word attachment. If you send the answers by postal mail, the turn- around time will be 3 to 4 days after we receive them. In either case, for record-keeping requirements, your certificate will be assigned an official completion number.

I need the certificate ASAP!
If you need your certificate in a hurry, there are faster ways by paying a Rush Fee. If you have a deadline, we will do our best to meet it, please call the office for details.
